Classic Thai stir-fried minced pork with holy basil, served with rice and fried egg.

Preparation

Mix all the seasoning sauce together and set aside.
30 ml Soy sauce30 ml Fish sauce15 ml Dark soy sauce15 g Oyster sauce4.25 g Sugar
Instructions

Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
Sautéing

Add the garlic and chilli and stir-fry until fragrant.
4 pcs Garlic cloves (chopped)2 pcs Red chili (chopped)

Add the minced pork and stir-fry until the water evaporates and begins to brown.

Add the green beans and stir-fry for 3 mins until just tender.
5 ✓
Pour in the prepared sauce until coats the pork evenly.

Add the basil and stir for 10 seconds.
7 ✓
Serve over rice with fried eggs.
