Lightly crush spices to release aroma.

Crush the ginger.

Bring water to a boil.

360 ml Water

Add crushed spices and ginger.

Simmer for 2 mins.

Add tea bags and simmer for another 2 mins.

Simmer for 2-3 mins until a creamy skin forms on top.
