Mix glutinous rice flour, plain flour, sugar, yeast and water.
50 g Glutinous rice flour90 g Plain flour45 g Sugar3 g Yeast90 ml Water

Add oil and red coloring, knead into a smooth dough.
20 ml Cooking oil1.3 g Red colouring
Shaping
3 ✓
Divide into equal portions, shape into rounds and flatten slightly on baking paper.
4 ✓
Rest until slightly puffy.
5 ✓
Steam over medium heat for 12-15 minutes.
